About the Founder

Hey, I’m Funmi, a registered associate nutritionist (ANutr) and the proud founder of Pattern Nutrition. Armed with a BSc in Biological Sciences and an MSc in Applied Human Nutrition, my journey is deeply rooted in a love for science, food and my personal experience with challenges such as nutrient deficiencies, PCOS, disordered eating, and body image struggles.

My commitment is to provide evidence-based nutrition advice that seamlessly integrates into your life, offering a positive contribution. As your nutritionist, I specialise in simplifying complex nutritional science, ensuring effective and relevant guidance to support your health journey.

When I'm not supporting clients at Pattern Nutrition, building content, or delivering workshops, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, baking, playing football, and exploring new activities.

This ensures public protection and credibility of the advice provided. This distinction is crucial because the term "nutritionist" is unprotected, allowing individuals to use the title without adequate training or qualifications.
